  • I’ve designed three signature paths—Thrive Kickstart, Thrive Boost, and Thrive Renewal—to meet you exactly where you are in your wellness journey. Each one begins with a foundational 3-month commitment, then expands with deeper tools like HTMA or FBCA, more ongoing support, and longer-term strategy if needed.

    Whether you’re easing in or ready for a full deep dive, you’ll receive a personalized, actionable plan with the flexibility to grow as your body heals. There’s no one-size-fits-all here—just real support, rooted in what you need.

  • This isn’t just a check-in—it’s a full-bodied exploration of you. In our first session, we’ll dive deep into your Nutritional Assessment, your health story, and the patterns that may be holding you back. From energy crashes to stress triggers, we’ll connect the dots and start uncovering what your body’s really asking for.

We’ll meet consistently (4–6 check-ins, depending on your plan) to adjust, celebrate progress, and work through challenges as they come up. Between sessions, I’m here through secure messaging for the in-between moments—because your questions, wins, or setbacks don’t always wait for the calendar.
